Weird vibration after towing

Just got back from a 300-mile trailer tow with my '21 Navigator, and now I'm getting a weird vibe. There's this faint rattle and sometimes a thump coming from under the floor when I'm on the highway. The dash is clean – no warning lights or codes popping up. Has anyone else felt something similar after towing?

That shouldn't happen and it can be any number of things. First did you tow more than the maximum or were you below that? Also, have you checked the hitch and things around it? does it seem like something is lose? You're probably at the edge of your warranty, but if it's still valid take it to the dealer to inspect the issue.

that kind of noise can be a symptom of a drivetrain issue, especially after putting a lot of strain on it. I'd have a look at your driveshaft and the U-joints.
It's not uncommon for a worn U-joint to start making noise after a big tow.
A rattle or thump when you're on the highway could be the U-joint getting a little play in it.
It might not be bad enough to throw a code yet, but it's worth checking out
