My 2020 Navigator L's screen started glitching in March, the navigation failed, then other features. After failed resets, a map update, and long dealer delays, I waited months for a loaner and now I'm told the APIM is on backorder with no end in sight, has anyone else dealt with APIM delays or similar issues?

Yeah, the APIM delays are getting pretty frustrating for a lot of Ford and Lincoln owners. Some people have been waitin for months. A few have managed to find pre-programmed replacements from third-party sellers to avoid the wait. Have you thuoght about contacting Lincoln customer care directly to see if they can help? It could be worth a try

Is your navigator still under warranty? It should be if you purchased the extended one and it might help you speed things up if you reach out to linkoln as @Plu5hCruis3r mentioned
