Transmission issues starting to show on 2020 Reverse

Occasional rough shifts, mostly between 2nd and 3rd, and sometimes a noticeable jolt when slowing to a stop and also I've seen a few people mention delayed engagement from a stop or a weird hesitation that almost feels like a slip. Did some little rough reserch and from what I've gathered, it might be related to the 10 speed transmission tuning that Ford/Lincoln was still refining around that time. Some are saying a software update helped smooth things out, while others ended up needing more extensive work, like a new valve body or internal reprogramming.
Still trying to get a better picture of whether this is isolated or more common than we think. If you've had it looked at, what was the fix and did it actually solve the issue?

Yeah, those 10-speed transmissions can be kinda picky sometimes. I've heard software updates help a bunch for smoothing shifts, but if it's still acting up, you might need to do a valve body swap or reflash. I'm pretty sure this isn't an isolated case because I read something similar in the past couple weeks. Before anything though you can try the software update first. Dunno if it's gonna be the solution but might help.

@Xperiencedman you can take it to the dealer to have it reseet so that it can relearn itself based on your driving habits. It's worth checking the fluid levels and have it replaced or at least do a drain and fill.
