Struggling to update Lincoln Navi via USB

So i’ve got a 2019 Lincoln, and the screen keeps acting up. I was told my Sync system is corrupted, so i grabbed the update on a USB. Plug it in, and… poof ...nothing. The system sees the USB, but no messages, no prompts no download starting.
Has anyone run into this? How did you actually get the update to go through?

@n1ghtstalker Sometimes the USB needs to be formatted as FAT32 for the Sync system to recognize the update. Make sure the files are in the root directory, not in a folder, and try a different USB stick if it still doesn't start

Got it, thanks for the tip, i'll reformat the USB to FAT32 and make sure the files are in the root directory. Did you have better luck with a certain USB size or brand, or does Sync tend to be picky about that?
