Hey everyone! I'm just wondering if anyone has tried out the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 tires on their Lincoln Navigator. I need to get a new set soon, and these have caught my attention because of their all-season grip and comfort. I'd really like to know how they perform on a full-size SUV like ours. What's the road noise like, and how do they wear? Also, how do they handle in wet conditions or light snow?

Appreciate any insights

My Navigator has got them since last fall, and so far so good. They are quiet on the highway, got smooth ride, and also have decent grip in the rain & snow. I haven't tested it in deep snow, though.

Here's my hot take: Premium all-season tires like the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 are overhyped, most people would be just as safe and comfortable with a mid-tier tire if they actually maintained proper pressure and rotated them regularly

you are aware that we're talking about 6,000 pound yacht on wheels and the only thing standing between you and hitting a wall is the performance?

@towluxlegend25 before you start listening to people saying you don't need to pay a premium price, here's something to think about. Premium tires have can stop a few feet shorter than mid range and a lot more than those cheap Chinese ones, so you do the math if it's worth it.

The Pirellis are excellent tires, but are you strictly aiming for those or you're trying to see what options are available? Michelin and continental have some excellent models that might be worth considering.
